1. Description of Service

Labs & Health Academy provides an online educational platform for phlebotomy training, CPT certification exam preparation, and mobile phlebotomy business development. Access to premium content requires a paid subscription.

2. Account Creation and Responsibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or multi-month, depending on the plan selected). Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Canceling your subscription stops future charges. You retain access until the end of the current paid period.

5. Free Trial

New users may access a 24-hour free trial with no credit card required. The trial provides limited access to platform features. Each user is entitled to one free trial.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute platform content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy platform materials.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Circumvent access controls or security measures.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including lessons, questions, illustrations, scripts, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Labs & Health Academy. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without written permission is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

Content provided is for educational purposes only. Labs & Health Academy does not guarantee exam passage or business success. Always comply with applicable state and federal regulations for phlebotomy practice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labs & Health Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
