1. Description of Service

Labs & Health Academy provides an online educational platform for phlebotomy training, CPT certification exam preparation, and mobile phlebotomy business development. Access to premium content requires a paid subscription.

2. Account Creation and Responsibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or multi-month, depending on the plan selected). Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Canceling your subscription stops future charges. You retain access until the end of the current paid period.

5. Free Trial

New users may access a 24-hour free trial with no credit card required. The trial provides limited access to platform features. Each user is entitled to one free trial.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute platform content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy platform materials.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Circumvent access controls or security measures.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including lessons, questions, illustrations, scripts, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Labs & Health Academy. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without written permission is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer & Independence

Content provided is for educational purposes only. Labs & Health Academy does not guarantee exam passage, certification, employment, or business success. Always comply with applicable state and federal regulations for phlebotomy practice.

Labs & Health Academy is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body, certifying organization, accrediting agency, or professional association. References to certification examinations are for preparation context only. Completion of our courses does not constitute professional certification — students must register for and pass the actual certification examination with the relevant certifying organization.

Course content, including lessons that touch on HIPAA, OSHA, business formation, taxes, insurance, and state licensing, is general educational material and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. You should consult a licensed attorney, accountant, or healthcare professional for guidance specific to your situation before relying on any content for real-world decisions.

9. EU/UK Cooling-Off Waiver

For users protected by EU or UK consumer law: by purchasing access to digital educational content from Labs & Health Academy and beginning to use that content (logging in, viewing lessons, attempting practice questions), you expressly waive your statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK regulations. This waiver is required by law to be opt-in: the activation checkbox at purchase is treated as your explicit consent.

Until you begin using the content, the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies. Email contact@labsandhealth.com within 14 days of purchase and before your first login to request withdrawal.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labs & Health Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
