No Refund Policy
Effective date: March 2025

All purchases are final.
Because our content is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for any subscription plan, billing period, or one-time purchase — regardless of usage.
Why We Have This Policy
Upon payment, you receive immediate access to our full course library, QBank questions, flashcards, and business track modules. Because this digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. To cancel:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Settings or contact us directly.
- Request cancellation — it takes effect immediately and prevents the next charge.
After cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current paid period. No further charges will occur.
Free Trial
We offer a 24-hour free trial with no credit card required. This allows you to explore the platform before committing to a paid plan.
Limited Exceptions
Despite our no-refund policy, we will issue a refund in the following narrow circumstances:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error.
- A charge was made on your card by someone other than you (unauthorized transaction). You must report this within 30 days.
- You were unable to access the platform for more than seven (7) consecutive days due to a fault on our side, and our support team could not resolve the issue.
- You were charged a different amount than was disclosed at checkout.
In any of these cases, contact us within 30 days of the charge with proof. We will respond within 5 business days.
EU & UK Cooling-Off Waiver
EU and UK consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK regulations. For digital content, this right ends as soon as you begin using the content (logging in, viewing lessons, attempting practice questions).
When you complete checkout and accept these terms, you expressly waive your statutory right of withdrawal in exchange for immediate access to the educational content.
If you have not yet logged in or accessed any content and you are within 14 days of purchase, email contact@labsandhealth.com to request withdrawal — we will refund in full.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing issues can be resolved within 5 business days.
Filing a chargeback for a legitimate purchase you knowingly authorized may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of access to all paid content. We reserve the right to recover chargeback fees and to pursue collection of disputed amounts under applicable law.
