Upon payment, you receive immediate access to our full course library, QBank questions, flashcards, and business track modules. Because this digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. To cancel:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings or contact us directly.
  3. Request cancellation — it takes effect immediately and prevents the next charge.

After cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current paid period. No further charges will occur.

Free Trial

We offer a 24-hour free trial with no credit card required. This allows you to explore the platform before committing to a paid plan.

Disputes

If you have a billing issue or believe you were charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to review billing discrepancies.
